[edit] Variations
- 1dorikenamma - dorikenamma O mahA tripura
- 2kaTAkSa balamO – kaTAkSa phalamO : kaTAkSa balamO - seems more appropriate.
- 5nADu – (that day) this is how it is given in all the books. However, from the context, the correct words seems to be ‘nEDu’ (today).
- 6tyAgarAja – tyAgarAju : tyAgarAja - is appropriate.
- 7gauri - gauri zrI tripura
[edit] Commentary
- 3tripura sundari – name of Mother at the Kshetra Thiruvotriyur – also known as Adipuram.
- 4kAvi vAsara – kavi - among other things, also means ‘zukra’.
