- 2yama purArAti lAbhaM – During Tripura Samhara, Vishnu becomes the point of the arrow of the bow (Pasupata) which killed the three demons. - 3lAbha – this word has many meanings – ‘gain’, ‘acquisition’, ‘attain’, ‘perception’, ‘knowledge’, ‘throw’ etc. Of these, ‘throw’ seems to be most appropriate – here the word ‘throw’ has been adapted as ‘shot’.
