- This is a composition exclusively in the saptami vibhakti and forms a part of the series of krithis known as abhayAmbA vibhakti series composed in praise of Goddess abhayAmbA at mAyavaram
- 1vikalpa - Usually, vikalpa translates as imagination or fancy. Hence, here vikalpa is understood as false knowledge. In philosophical terms, it refers to the intellectual process of deluded thinking due to emotions and desires and not being able to grasp the true nature of things.
- 2sAyujya - The concept of the different grades of liberation is referred to here. mukti is said to be of the following grades or levels: sAlOka - being in the same plane as the deity, sAmIpya - being in the vicinity of the deity, sArupya - being of the same form as the deity and sAyujya - being one with the deity.
